ALL orders have a processing time of up to 2 business days. Orders are shipped after they are processed. Please add 2 days to shipping time to calculate the day your package will arrive. To by-pass the processing time, you will need to pay an additional Rush Fee of $10.00. **PLEASE NOTE** Personalized items have additional processing times.
If you need to change or cancel your order you may do it at no additional cost as long as the order has not been processed. If the credit card has been charged cancelation fees may apply. Once you receive your order please examine it immediately. If there is damage to the box or any item is missing you must contact us right away. Do not dispose of the shipping box or packing material if there is damage or if any items are missing.
Package shipped via UPS or US Priority Mail to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. Depending on your state, your package may take 1 – 5 days to arrive (after processing).
3 Day Select
Package will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 3 days (after processing).
Second Day Air
Package will be shipped via UPS Second Day Air to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 2 days (after processing).
Next Day Air
Package shipped via UPS Next Day Air to USA destinations. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. You will receive your package in 1 day (after processing).
If you choose to ship your order to a country other than the United States during checkout, you will not be charged for shipping at the time of ordering. We will email you with the actual cost and shipping options to obtain your authorization to proceed with the order. No order will be billed or shipped without your email agreement. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. We have no way of determining any fees imposed by other countries, nor do we accept responsibility for them. The customer assumes that responsibility.
Some customers use a forwarding company in the USA to receive international orders. The order is shipped to the forwarding company in the USA and transferred by them to the customer in another country. The Rosemary Company will only accept responsibility of your package until its point of delivery in the USA. The Rosemary Company cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of a freight forwarded package once it has been delivered to the USA destination.

If you are in a rush, we have several different levels of service to get your order when you need it.
Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery fee, which will in turn be passed on to you.
Please also provide a street address in addition to a PO Box number, even if you normally use a PO Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a PO Box due to weight.
If you are not home during the day, you may wish to ship to a work address. If you choose to deliver to a home address and you are not home UPS may, or may not, leave the package. If they don't leave the package they will try again, usually the next business day.
