Our Returns Policy

The Rosemary Company stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Please keep in mind that certain imperfections and variations are to be expected with all products. We cannot guarantee that manufacturers will produce exactly the same color tones in all lots, and the manufacturing process occasionally results in some minor differences. They are usually of no major consequence and of no real concern to most customers.

If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please call for approval. Allowable returns for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. If the shipping cost to us was more than you were originally charged, actual shipping costs will be subtracted before crediting your account. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

*Food items (including, coffee, tea and candy) are not returnable due to health restrictions. Visors, hats and sandals are also not returnable.
