How do place an order?

Order on our secure website: You can easily and securely order our products on line by clicking the "Add To Cart" button on the product you are interested in. Once you have added the items you would like to your cart, simply follow the instructions and click the "Checkout" link to finish your order. You can use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card with confidence, knowing that your credit information is safe and secure. 

Ordering by Phone: If you prefer, you can call us at 1-800-823-3891 and one of our representative will be happy to take your order over the phone.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping within the 50 United States is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight/value of the items you selected and the shipping destination. If you’d like an estimate, please place the items in your shopping cart, fill in the state & zip code and click the "Get a Quote" button.

Charges for shipping outside the Continental U.S. will be calculated after you place an order on our site.

We will contact you via e-mail with a shipping quote before we proceed. Once we receive you approval, we will charge your original credit card for the shipping quote agreed upon.

Under no circumstances will we charge you for shipping without your approval.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. Simply place your order on line and choose International Shipping. We will contact you via e-mail with a shipping quote before we proceed. Once we receive you approval, we will charge your original credit card for the shipping quote agreed upon.
Please note that your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any of such charges and will not reimburse you for them. Any questions should be directed to your local government.

How long does your shipping take?

Most orders ship in 2-3 business days (provided the item is in stock) unless it is personalized favors. If the product is in stock, it may be possible to have the order shipped the same day it is placed (rush fees may apply). Rush fees or quicker shipping are also available for orders that need to be processed quicker. If it is a rush , please contact us after placing your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time.  

What shipping methods do you use?

We use UPS or United States Postal Service.

Do you sell any of your items wholesale?

We do offer a limited number of our memorial items for sale at discounted prices to qualified resellers. Please contact us for details.
