How long will it take to get my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Because of our careful packing methods, we generally do not have difficulty with damage. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us and we will take care of the problem immediately. Click here for information on our returns policy and how to return merchandise.

I own a retail store. Can I offer your products to my customers?
We do offer wholesale pricing on some of our products. If you are interested in our wholesale items, and qualify as a retail or online business, please visit our wholesale section. You may register there and we will email you password information once your registration has been approved.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard via our secure server. Click here for more information.

Do you offer samples?
Samples are available on most of our products, but not for personalized items. Samples are 20% higher than normal minimum orders, but offer the opportunity to inspect an item before ordering a large quantity. We highly recommend it and are one of the few companies that offer samples. Our minimum orders are also usually much lower than other companies, making it cost effective to place a small order. Samples are sent via Priority Mail, which is a preferred shipping method through the post office. The shipping cost is the same for any order up to $10 so it is often worthwhile to order other samples as well. Many people then offer the samples as prizes at the party.

We will send you an email newsletter once every other week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. You’ll receive exclusive coupons, sale notifications, and new product photos and info.
