How long will it take to get my order?

What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing? Because of our careful packing methods, we generally do not have difficulty with damage or missing items. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the problem. Do not dispose of the shipping box or packing material if there is damage or if any items are missing. If you report damage or missing items more than 7 days after receiving the shipment we cannot guarantee replacement. Click here for information on our returns policy and how to return merchandise.

How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order at no cost as long as the order has not been processed. If the credit card has been charged cancelation fees may apply. Please contact customer service at (800) 823-3891 for specific inquiries.

I own a retail store. Can I offer your products to my customers?
Sorry, but we no longer offer a wholesale program.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa and Mastercard via our secure server. Click here for more information.

Do you offer samples?
Samples are available on most of our products, but not for personalized items. Samples are 20% higher than normal minimum orders, but offer the opportunity to inspect an item before ordering a large quantity. We highly recommend it and are one of the few companies that offer samples. Our minimum orders are also usually much lower than other companies, making it cost effective to place a small order. Samples are sent via Priority Mail, which is a preferred shipping method through the post office. The shipping cost is the same for any order up to $10 so it is often worthwhile to order other samples as well. Many people then offer the samples as prizes at the party.

What will I receive if I sign up for The Rosemary Company Newsletter?
You will receive a welcome email titled “Welcome to The Rosemary Company Newsletter” from newsletter@rosemarycompany.com.
We will send you an email newsletter once every other week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesday. You’ll receive exclusive coupons, sale notifications, and new product photos and info.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address: your privacy is important to us. You may unsubscribe at any time. An unsubscribe link is located at the bottom of each email newsletter.
